HOLD-TITE ACRYLIC LATEX HOUSE PAINT PRIMER is a durable latex primer for exterior wood surfaces. This product dries in about one hour for top coating with latex house paint to provide an all-latex painting system with outstanding blister resistance, mildew resistance and color retention. This primer is intended for use on both new wood and previously painted wood in poor condition. It contains a special resin that reacts with the stains from bleeding woods such as cedar, redwood, mahogany and fir plywood to prevent

discoloration of the topcoat. When staining is very severe, a second coat of primer will be necessary to be certain the staining is blocked.

DA-LUXE UNIVERSAL FIRST COAT PRIMER is a durable, high quality acrylic/alkyd primer, which can be used on interior and exterior surfaces such as metal, wood, masonry and drywall. UFC Primer may be used on iron, steel, galvanized metal, wood shingles, rough-sawed

lumber, masonry and drywall. UFC can be used on bleeding woods such as cedar and redwood. In cases of severe bleeding, oil primer should be used. UFC may also be used to block out smoke damage and other stains on interior surfaces before repainting. UFC may be top coated with either latex or oil based topcoats and features water clean-up and easy application with brush, roller or spray.
