Stain Block Primer/Sealer Interior/Exterior Oil Stain Block Primer Sealer is a quick drying flat, alkyd primer-sealer for use on interior or spot exterior surfaces. Stain Block Sealer primes and seals bare and previously painted wood, plaster, metal and masonry. It is excellent for sealing out smoke and water damage, lipstick, crayon, grease and ink. This product can be topcoated with either latex or oil based topcoat finishes. Stain Block Primer Sealer sands easily and has excellent enamel holdout. This product may also be used as a wall covering primer. Stain Block Primer Sealer may be applied by brush, roller or spray.
